The team at Terry's are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. In February we bought 3 beautiful high quality area rugs and a small runner. We are extremely pleased with our purchases and receive many compliments on them. We highly recommend Terry's Rugs. Terry and his team are A1!

Cannot recommend Terry and his family enough! There are sadly not many businesses like this anymore. Terry loves what he does, is great at what he does and his genuine goal is to make sure that you are as satisfied as you can possibly be and goes out of his way to make that happen. And on top of that the quality of the rugs is excellent and prices are really reasonable for the quality, selection and service you get. I wouldn't think of getting a rug anywhere else! Thank you Terry!

Very good high quality rugs. Terry and his team were also very accommodating, and let us try out some rugs in our home before we purchased the right ones for our home. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Terry for 30 years just had another great purchase from them and got one of our older rugs cleaned, very knowledgable and great prices especially considering the quality of what you are getting, could not be happier each time we have purchased a rug.

Terry is very passionate about rugs and will ensure that you are purchasing the right rug for your home. They also allow you to take rugs home to try them out which I thought was a great idea and got him a sale.

Terry and team provide excellent service and top quality rugs at great prices. We shopped around a few places in Ottawa but Terry's had the best selection and such friendly and helpful service. I love that we were able to take the rugs home for a few days before buying. Thank you!
